Mila manages the ETS spaces and collaborates with students and faculty from various departments in developing mixed reality applications for innovative research and curricular needs. 

She holds an MFA in Design from the Ohio State University. 

Before joining ETS, she worked at the OSU's Advanced Computing Center for the Arts and Design, and she brings skills in building interactive and immersive experiences. 

Her research focus is on experiential media like VR and AR, 3D virtual environments, and the intersection of emerging technologies and the arts.
