What agreements should video or audio guests sign?

Whether employed at Ohio State or not, guests on video or audio should sign a release giving Ohio State University the right to distribute the content. Below are two samples that you can download, have signed, and scan into your departmental Box folder. Please note: ASCTech recommends that you use these releases but does not store signed releases.
