Upgrade Office 2016

If you’re still running Office 2010 or 2013 on your university-purchased machine, consider upgrading to Office 2016. Office 2016 offers many improvements including the following:

Better security
Stronger cross-device support for Android, Windows, and Apple tablets (including iPads)
Enhanced ability to install OneNote with syncing across devices
Upgraded Apple experience that is much more similar to Windows, especially with Outlook
Improved access to email archived via Outlook
