If you’re still running Office 2010 or 2013 on your university-purchased machine, consider upgrading to Office 2016. Office 2016 offers many improvements including the following:
- Better security
- Stronger cross-device support for Android, Windows, and Apple tablets (including iPads)
- Enhanced ability to install OneNote with syncing across devices
- Upgraded Apple experience that is much more similar to Windows, especially with Outlook
- Improved access to email archived via Outlook
Best of all, upgrading is generally self-service via your Casper or Service Desk utility and usually only takes about 15 minutes. For more information, visit the ASCTech Support Services at 009 Denney Hall or email asctechhelp@osu.edu.
