Virtual Reality (VR)
- Created on-site VR experiences

Digital Media Studio
- Digital Media Studio supported "Much a Zoom about Nothing," a remotely staged play with the Department of English
Swell Application
- Project to conduct a comprehensive and detailed modeling and analysis of student well-being using modern machine learning methods and data acquisition techniques.
- Construction of deep neural network (DNN) models based on a large number of potential influencing factors, including daily activities, social network usage, sleep, and diet patterns
- Creation of a mobile app to facilitate data acquisition.
- App will use modern visual communication techniques to enhance user experience and encourage user participation.

Telework transition
- Assisted faculty and staff in transition to work from home
- Provided home delivery for loaner equipment
- Arranged mobile hotspots for individuals with no internet access
Ongoing remote support
- Supporting systems at home via phone and remote screen sharing
- Assisting with connecting systems at home with campus computing services
- Keeping systems on campus running
- VPN connections: Increased average peak of 100 concurrent sessions during the day to average peak of 420 concurrent sessions
- Improving computer software patching and rollout of critical software updates, particularly for remote computers
Guacamole rollout
- Provides easy access to remote Windows computers from web browser
- Aprox 50 students using it to remotely access labs and aprox 910 faculty/staff using it to access their desktops

Unity
- Unity hit 2,000,000th job milestone and is using 100+ nodes
- Bringing more 132 new researchers onto Unity since 7/1/19
Online Computer Lab Classes
- Facilitation of online computer lab classes using OSC, such as Stat 2480 which can now use student iPads
- This can be a model for post-pandemic remote classes

Business Continuity
- Functioned as a lead in the coordination of continuity of operations efforts during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis
ICARUS
- Rolled out new program, ICARUS, to help research labs implement better computer and data security in ways that minimize impact on the research lab
Information Security Self-Assessment (ISSA)
- Coordinated the collection and submission of college aggregated risk and security control data in response to the 260 questions on the university’s ISSA
Security Best Practices
- Researched and wrote a number of standards and practices documents including the ASC Risk Management Strategy, the ASC Incident Response, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans, and Leadership Initiatives
- Consulted extensively with ASCTech’s Infrastructure Team on designing and building more resilient and better secured server systems and data backup mechanisms

Drupal 8 Standard Site
- Migrated 87 sites from Drupal 7 to the new Drupal 8 Standard Site template
